HOT Volleyball Summer Camps focus and specialize in building athletes’ overall volleyball skills: strengthening their confidence and improving weaknesses. HOT Summer Camps are structured for athletes to further their volleyball skills over the course of a 1 week volleyball intensive camp. The camps focus on isolating and improving an athlete’s athleticism and knowledge for the sport through conditioning and training. These off-season training sessions prepare players skill sets and build confidence for the upcoming volleyball season. This program focuses on the individual and helps each athlete reach their goals and progress to the next level.

  • Camps will focus on the individual training of an athlete & team concepts & strategy.
  • Camps will teach volleyball fundamentals of passing, setting, attacking, and serving, combined with conditioning and game play.
  • Endurance & Movement Training.
  • Groups will be divided by age and/or skill-level for best training.
  • Coaches will include current and former collegiate athletes.
  • All Camps are co-ed
