All Levels

This is a Development Program for those athletes needing to learn ALL skills, perfect skills, improve skills & start understanding controlled situations on the court. All athletes just starting out in the game need to start with this program. This is also a great program to keep your skills sharp or find your rhythm with skills training & start implementing their skills into game situations. These athletes will will be working on the all of the following skills (passing, setting, serving & hitting, defense & blocking) at ALL LEVELS for this program. All beginners must start with the Skills Development Programs because skills are implemented into play situations gradually to build self confidence & confidence in the sport of volleyball. This program does involved play & INTRODUCTION to Team & knowledge of the game & position knowledge.

Some prior experience is recommended but not necessary.
