- Focus and specialize in building athletes’ overall volleyball skills: strengthening their confidence and improving weaknesses.
- Training sessions prepare players skill sets and build confidence for the upcoming volleyball season.
- Focus on isolating and improving an athlete’s athleticism and knowledge for the sport through conditioning and training.
- Focus on the individual training of an athlete & team concepts & strategy.
- Learn volleyball fundamentals of passing, setting, attacking, and serving, combined with conditioning and game play.
- Endurance & Movement Training.
- Groups will be divided by age and/or skill-level for best training.
- Coaches will include current and former collegiate athletes.
- Co-Ed

Intro to Volleyball
Introduction to Volleyball is a beginner skills program for anyone with less than 6 months of volleyball experience. Perfect for those interested in learning or improving volleyball basic skills and fundamentals. No prior experience is necessary. Play at end of session.
Grades (K – 6)
Tuesdays 4-5pm/Thursdays 5-6pm
Skills and Play
This Development Program is for athletes wanting to learn ALL skills, perfect skills, improve skills & start understanding situations on the court. TThese athletes will will be working on the all of the following skills (passing, setting, serving & hitting, defense & blocking) at ALL LEVELS. shift their focus from individual skills development to team play and game-like settings.
Grades (4 – 6)
Tuesdays 5-6pm
Skills and Play
This Development Program is for athletes wanting to learn ALL skills, perfect skills, improve skills & start understanding situations on the court. TThese athletes will will be working on the all of the following skills (passing, setting, serving & hitting, defense & blocking) at ALL LEVELS. shift their focus from individual skills development to team play and game-like settings.

Wednesdays 4-5pm
Skills and Play (Adults)
Adults Skills and Play is a development program for athletes wanting to learn, improve, or perfect skills & team concepts. This is also a great program to keep your skills sharp or find your rhythm with skills training & start implementing your skills into game situations.
Wednesdays 5-6pm
Small Group Intensives
Small Group Private consists of ONLY 8 athletes working on ALL Skills in very small setting and pushing themselves (Serving/Hitting/Setting/Defense/Customized for the Group) More individualized training Like a private but more affordable and don’t have to have to come up with all the participants to make it cost effective.
Grades (8 – 12)
Thursdays 5-6pm

- Riverside Park (Outdoor)
- Please bring/wear:
- 1 shirt will be given – Must be worn daily.
- Water bottles – water fountains located on-site.
- Knee pads – necessary for playing. Available for purchase on-site for $28.
- Athletic wear – gym shorts, sweatpants, t-shirts, etc. No jeans, flannels.
- Athletic sneakers required!
- No jewelry allowed! (necklaces, chains, earrings, bracelets, etc)
- From shoes to shirts, proper attire is IMPORTANT for everybody on the court’s safety! If an athlete arrives dressed inappropriately, coaches may refuse the athlete.
